Investigation into Artisans members' perception of the effectiveness of internal organisational communication
This study aims to discover members perceptions of the effectiveness of the internal communications of the Artisan arts group in London UK. It looks at the frequency and satisfaction of use of the three media types the website, magazine and public meetings. This will allow the leaders of Artisan to make practical changes in the way communication in the organisation is run.
