Model of a Self-Structuring and Self-Learning Organisation
The main aim of this dissertation is to investigate the possibility of making use of the principle of dynamic point-to-point structures to create the most effective and efficient organizational structure encouraging continuous learning, and supporting creativity and innovation reinforcing the business strategy of a (fully or partly) virtualised organisation. In short; model a dynamic organization structuring itself to the best possible fit for the tasks at hand with focus on commercially oriented creativity and innovation. An important part of the work will be to suggest a framework and model processes for what we will call a self-structuring and self-learning organization with primary focus on knowledge based companies/industries, and secondary on IT services industries.
