Project Abstract

In New Zealand so many retailers, companies and organisations collect customer information to maintain a good relationship with customers. Customers are potential and key factors to the survival of companies. However, how to handle customer information after collection has already become an issue which affect the relationship between customers and organisations. We believe that a sound way of handling customer information can help organisations to achieve a competitive position in the market.
