Value Innovation in the UK Defence Electronics Sector

Project Abstract

The objectives of the research are as follows:
� Establish key attributes valued by the customer that can be used to compare COMPANY against the rest of the defence electronics sector.
� Provide a comparison of the value proposition made by COMPANY in its market offerings, in comparison to the rest of the defence electronics sector, by plotting attributes in value profiles .
� To understand how COMPANY could change its value proposition to provide major advantage over its competitors, with a view to successfully implementing a value innovation based strategy where appropriate within the company. This will be achieved through the development of a new profile.
