Viola for Violinists

The following survey has been designed to help understand and highlight the differences between playing the violin and viola. It will also examine the state of viola pedagogy, both past and present. The information collected will be compiled and used in my doctoral thesis, which aims to develop a systematic approach for teaching the viola to violinists.
