Online brand image in British Museums

Project Abstract

The following research objectives are proposed:
- To assess important marketing and branding issues currently facing British museums;
- To evaluate factors that make up a successful museum e-brand;
- To assess the extent to which ICT is used by British museums for their branding purposes and to propose effective ways to do so;
- To analyse the effectiveness of museum websites in terms of reinforcing their brand online.
