*Identify ITIL implementations in UK FE/HE/Public Sector
*Interview key staff at the institutions as to success/failure of ITIL implementation as well as information gathering as to the organisational makeup - Analyse success/failure and identify causes of these results
*Apply current management theories to validate reasons for outcomes - Validate/challenge existing research in this context
*Recommend strategies/scenarios for best results in ITIL implementations in this sector - Identify pitfalls for potential implementations of ITIL
