The organization is an established and respected international brand, but it is mired in a stagnant mindset. The creative services staff mainly fills project orders and spearheads very little creative solutions. We want to explore the reasons for its stagnation and offer solutions. Why are absenteeism and turnover so prevalent at the organization? What are some contributing factors? We plan to explore issues of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership and how that correlates to absenteeism and ultimately turnover.
