Exchange Rate Preferences of Firms, Unions and Business Associations in Argentina and Brazil
This is a survey of actors' perceptions of the role and impact of exchange rate policy decisions on their organisation. It serves to bridge the gap between theoretical preferences and policy outcomes in exchange rate politics and hopefully will provide some indication of what determines the politicisation of exchange rate policy choices in these two countries.
