Conceptualisation of People Branding and its Practical Application to Senior Managers

Project Abstract

The overall aim of the research is to add to an understanding of the role of senior managers as brands in the context of improving organisational performance and value. Although there is an increasing public awareness of people branding, very little rigorous academic research has yet been conducted within this field. The research intends to fill this gap.
