Project Abstract

This dissertation explores the impact of organisational restructuring upon the work roles and work satisfaction experiences of Petroleum Development Oman managers. Using MintzbergÂ’s analytical framework, the dissertation analyses the way in which mangersÂ’ interpersonal, informational and decisional roles change as a result of Organisational change.
