Market orientation in graduate HR education
This research aims to take stock of the state of the art in graduate HR education. It studies the proposed relation between market orientation of the academic HR department and performance of the corresponding graduate HR program. Both are measured using a web-survey. Market orientation is measured using the MARKOR-scale answered by HR educators of several European business schools. Performance is measured by having HR recruiters rate European business schools on several performance indicators.
