Project Abstract

The aim of the study is to investigate what Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) contracted to deliver international aid services in the Eastern Asia and Pacific regions, believe to be the most important dimensions of service quality, and whether the order of importance is different when perceives from the perspective of winning business in the aid industry.
