Designing a contract model for Virgin Mobile

Project Abstract

In 2002, Virgin Mobile was preparing to enter the US market with a cell phone contracting model targets at teens and early 20's. This project seeks to identify the key attributes that could have been evaluated for their market entry. Conjoint analysis will be used to determine the utility of various attributes to design a new contract plan.
