A strategic global marketing plan to establish a sustainable Geriatric rehabilitation service within India.
The huge cultural difference between the west and India has lead to the rehabilitation market being untouched. The structure of the service provided can be hospital based or home based or even a combination of both. The current barriers to entry need to be identified, overcome and then again raised to avoid competition. Sustainability in all respects needs to be strategically assessed. Costs and milestones need to be identified.
Project objectives
To document the current market trend/ situation of Geriatric (care of the elderly) rehabilitation within India.
To identify a need which can be sustainably met and hence to document a strategic global marketing plan to establish a sustainable Geriatric rehabilitation service within India
