HR benefits survey project for Marketing Research course.

Project Abstract

Basic objectives:
To understand employeesÂ’ perceptions about the benefits offered to them (cost to employee, cost to company, value of services, carrier preferences, etc) and the open enrollment process for electing/changing benefits. Gather employee suggestions for how to improve benefits offered and enrollment process.
