Project Abstract

AutoLog’s Goal:
To keep current growth rate in automotive supply airfreight related business and expand business by adding new customers, focusing on related markets, and offering additional product solutions.

Current Project Goal:
To define an action plan to achieve desired business growth by:
1. Adding new customers
2. Focusing on related automotive market segments:
a. regional: France, Turkey, Eastern and Central Europe, Iran, Japan
b. industrial: Serial production, After sales service, manufacturing plant investments, OEM producers (including an investigation of gray markets e.g. the informal market for after sales parts in France is 62% of after market sales. 38% is through formal licensed distributors)
3. Achieving brand recognition in the specialized automotive supply industry
