This research studies the effects of violation of the employees' psychological contract on knowledge sharing within the organisation.

Project Abstract

This study investigates violation of employee's psychological contract and its effects on knowledge sharing in the organisation. The research questions related to this research are as follows:

1) What are the major objections of employees towards knowledge sharing in an organisation?

2) Does the violation of the psychological contract impede knowledge sharing in the organisation?

3)Are employees with relational contracts more willing to share their knowledge compared to those with transactional contracts?

4)Is knowledge sharing perceived as part of the employeesÂ’ psychological contract?
