Exploring the level of adoption of web-based technologies in the marketing agency industry in the UK.

Project Abstract

The broad statement of the research problem involves conducting a survey among a sample of marketing agencies across the UK in order to meet the following objectives.

First, identification of the web-based technologies that are currently used to support marketing activities and internal processes.

Second, the detection of how this technology is sourced and the type of partnerships that are sought after.

Finally, recognition of future trends concerning both strands of research.

The final report will incorporate these results and draw on a larger research pool about partnerships in technology in order to inform future practice.
