The Impact of Globalization on the Electronic Component Manufacturer's Representative Industry: Addressing the Threat and Recognizing the Opportunity

This project will investigate how the trend of globalization is affecting the electronic component manufacturer representative industry. Initially, a literature review has been done to identify current research on the subject of globalization of electronic components and the function of the electronic manufacturer representative with respect to the electronic component industry. Research will consist of a survey of electronic component manufacturer representative firms to identify best practices and observations of the globalization trends in the industry.
