Project Description

This dissertation study is being conducted in order to better understand how adult learners experience new learning opportunities. The purpose is to establish training programs that enhance the learning experience as well as to achieve corporate training goals.

Project Abstract

Ensuring that employee know and understand how to deal with unethical situations is the proper thing to do.
The research question to be answered in this paper is whether or not there is a direct link between the role-playing methodology when teaching adult learners ethics and a person’s learning style based on Kolb’s model.
As organizations face larger monetary penalties for failure to perform in an ethical manner, it is critical that organizations spend their training dollars wisely by embracing a methodology that is most likely to provide the desired outcome most effectively.
