Project Abstract

McGill University bookstore wants to get some insight into how students feel about the store�s merchandise, prices, and service. 1) Conduct a focus group examining these issues. Analyze and report your findings. 2) Develop and administer a questionnaire that will provide some data for the bookstore. 3) Based on your results what suggestions can you make to the bookstore.
