How teachers and administrators perceive observation and evaluation as affecting teacher performance.

The purpose of the study is determine the perceptions of teachers and administers concerning the use of current teacher observation and evaluation practices. The study will also determine how these perceptions affect teacher performance. Also, the study will include possible solutions to negative perceptions and suggestions for further study.
