Roles of ports have changed over the past few decades. These changes have bought about restructing of ports as competition between them increases. This study will focus on port customers and their decision making process on how they select ports. This will be helpful for ports in order to allow them to better understand their customers decision making process, and give them guidance to better satisfy clients.
