Export short survey URLs in export batch: You will soon have the ability to export short URLs using export batch that will allow you to send the survey link using your own distribution system or via SMS.
Enable data quality for your organization: Data quality settings will be made available at the organizational level so that this feature is enabled for all the surveys by default across your organization.
Video-based discussions: On our communities platform you will soon have the ability to conduct video-based discussions to get an in-person understanding of what your community thinks about your product or service.
Customer Experience
Canvas widget: You will soon be able to create your own custom widgets using the data collected. It will enable you to visualize the data by creating your own widget using custom JS & HTML.
Workforce
360 Surveys: On the Workforce platform, we are adding features to
- Customize question & answer text using a rich content editor. Learn more.
- Add a presentation text question anywhere in the survey to help respondents answer the survey. Learn more.
- Develop a priority model that will allow administrators to rank behaviour. Learn more.
