(London, March, 2026) Situated at the crossroads of global heritage and digital innovation, the National Gallery sought a technology partner capable of handling intricate, multi-dimensional visitor data. After evaluating multiple leading platforms, the Gallery identified a critical shortfall: existing tools prioritized data collection but lacked an integrated BI infrastructure necessary for actionable executive insights.

Motivated to escape the “complexity trap” of legacy solutions, the Gallery selected QuestionPro for its ability to convert raw quantitative and qualitative data into a coherent institutional narrative, justifying the transition from their previous vendor, Qualtrics.
