Key leaders from AI and CX spaces were there, generating truly valuable conversations and sessions. I found the folks from QuestionPro to be enjoyable, collaborative, and authentic. It was very easy to participate in the intimate and relaxing format designed by the organizers. I had more quality conversations in this 1-day event than I can sometimes have at 2 or 3-day events. I'm not sure I've attended a better conference. It well-exceeded my expectations.

XDay 2024 was amazing. I left a video testimonial with the social media saying that I found it eye-opening — because it was unpredictable and insightful to a great degree. I enjoyed meeting several industry leaders, and learned a lot about CX practices. One of the most poignant insights I got from Stan Sthanunathan's fireside chat was to be brave and own your facts, not just use them to fill conversations. As a user experience specialist, I walked away with a clear vision, new tools to experiment with and lots of human connections, because of the wonderful networking tools that QuestionPro had built into the event.

I'm so glad that I prioritized taking time out of my busy work schedule to join for XDay this year. The conference felt like it was crafted to add real value for those in attendance, not a full day infomercial for QuestionPro to tell you how great they are and what they are building next. I got to connect with so many other great CX leaders, heard from a lot of great minds from the stage on a variety of leadership and CX topics, and got to dive a bit deeper in a few of the breakout sessions. Overall it was a great, high value use of my time. Looking forward to next year!

I learned so much and such interesting views it is hard to pick one. Brand Density, NPS and CX and economic goal, what success hinges on: executive action, employee engagement, execution, what is truely valued in an organization. I could go on and on. This was very information.
