- For organizations who use SSO, their employees will be able to directly access the employee survey without having to remember a login and password, providing the same experience as access through email.
- Since many Slack users have the mobile app downloaded on their phones, they can get to the survey even faster when they’re on the go.
Increased Engagement
- Employees will get a pop up notification when the survey arrives in Slack, making sure they don’t miss it.
- Clients can decide on the frequency of automated reminders that will go to the employees, making sure only those who have not yet completed the survey receive them.
- Messages will be sent from a dedicated QuestionPro channel, making it easier for employees to find the survey again if they can’t complete it when the notification arrives.
And some more logistics
- Responses received through Slack surveys are recorded in the QuestionPro system in real-time, much like surveys distributed via email.
- Slack channel survey distribution does not have to replace the email distribution, both systems can be used in parallel to achieve the highest response rates.
