Velodu and QuestionPro: Connecting Data with a Human Touch

The Path To An Efficient Data Collection

In a recent interview with our Founder and CEO, Gary Pansino, Managing Partner and Founder of Velodu, shared how their transition to QuestionPro has addressed key challenges and improved their ability to deliver research outcomes.

According to Pansino, Velodu’s decision to switch to QuestionPro was driven by mounting frustrations with their previous provider: Qualtrics. 

They presented issues with sales, billing, and support, which had become recurring headaches, compounded by instances of fraud when purchasing samples.

“Qualtrics had completely lost any semblance of the human touch, attention to quality, and appreciation for their customers.” 

This negative experience resulted in Velodu seeking a more reliable and customer-focused solution, which they found in QuestionPro.

Shifting from one platform to another can be a complicated process in most cases; however, at QuestionPro, we’ve made an effort to avoid this particular negative experience for our clients. It was no different with Vadu. The transition from Qualtrics to QuestionPro was very smooth for them, as they could replicate their existing processes on the new platform.

Data visualization is essential for Velodu, and while they currently use DisplayR, they see the potential for improved efficiency with a direct integration with QuestionPro. 

Despite the challenges of engaging external audiences as a supplier, QuestionPro’s tools have helped Velodu make significant strides in building research communities and gathering valuable feedback. Although specific insights from their studies are confidential, the positive impact on clients is clear, with every project receiving strong approval.
