QuestionPro in partnership with NISA wins the gold award for Best Innovation in CX

We are thrilled to announce that QuestionPro and The National Independent Soccer Association (NISA), have been awarded in the first-ever US Customer Experience Awards™!

Recipients of US CX Awards 2022 were scrupulously selected based on the scores given by independent judging panels. This was the first time Awards International hosted the event in the US, known for being the pioneer in many aspects of the customer-centric culture.

Competition finalists shared their experiences of CX transformation, innovation and inspiration, competing for various accolades across 19 categories. 

The National Independent Soccer Association (NISA) partnered with QuestionPro to reinvent the fan experience by surveying and engaging them in a Man of the Match live fan voting experience to boost fan engagement. The latter allowed for the first time in history to involve and capture the insights of soccer fans in a way that’s never been seen before.

NISA’s Next Level Fan CX & Engagement Initiative

The NISA’s Next Level Fan CX & Engagement initiative’s main objectives were to provide additional avenues for further fan engagement, deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints and services, and boost engagement with the existing fan community.

 The initiative used pre-polling, a man-of-the-match poll and a final survey determining how the fans’ experience was, using QuestionPro’s NPS+. 

We were able to collect amazing data and actionable insights during the season like:

  • 36% of fans stated they plan to attend even more matches in person
  • Stadium facilities improvements
  • Fans were looking to have expanded streaming options in order to watch more matches
  • Fans also commented that they appreciate the engagement opportunity and were happy to contribute further

The takeaway of the initiative revealed that fans are responding positively to the on-field and viewing product pushed forward by the NISA league. Ultimately, the league, teams and sponsors were able to see the economic benefits of sponsorships through direct fan measurement and affinity for brands.

Gold Award Winner for Best Innovation in CX

The winner would have to be using digital tools like never before, launching an innovative new product or service for the customer experience. The goal was to demonstrate exceptional levels of CX innovation at your company. 

Bronze Award Winner for Best Measurement in Customer Experience 

If you can’t measure CX, you can’t manage it!  The awards in this category were reserved for organizations that have measured CX in a precise and effective way.

The Awards Finals took place on June 23rd as a live online event, where finalists had the opportunity to pitch their initiatives to the judging panels. A week later, the Awards Ceremony was held – this is where the winners for each category were revealed.

In this remarkable year of the awards, the standard of entries was incredibly high. The independent judging panel had difficulty in narrowing down the submissions but the winners reflect the very best in industry standards.
