The institution

Meridian State is a public regional university with about 12,000 students, 700 faculty, and roughly 2,400 course sections per term. Course evaluations were owned by a two-person institutional research (IR) office already stretched thin.

3. Reporting became real-time and self-serve

Instead of waiting for the IR office to build spreadsheets, chairs and deans logged into dashboards with role-based access. Faculty saw their own results as soon as grades were submitted.
