If you need to stop data collection for a usability test, interview, or focus group that has already been launched, you can do so from the project summary page.
Navigate to the specific test and locate the Order in Progress section. Click the Cancel order button. A confirmation modal will appear to verify the action.
When an order is cancelled, any unfulfilled participant slots are typically credited back to your account. However, please note that the system cannot credit you for any tests that have already started or complete during the cancellation process. Once you click Confirm, the recruitment for that specific order will cease immediately.
