Purchasing Research Credits
Where do I go to buy more credits?
Research credits are required when you choose to fulfill your study using the QuestionPro UX panel. You can initiate a purchase from several locations within the platform:
- The Dashboard: On any methodology dashboard (Usability Tests, Focus Groups, or Interviews), click the Buy credits button located in the top-right header area.
- The Checkout Process: If you are placing an order for a new test and do not have sufficient credits, the system will automatically direct you to the purchase screen.
How do I select the number of credits to purchase?
Once on the Purchase credits screen, you can define your order volume:
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons or type directly into the Credits field to specify the amount you need.
- The Unit price and Total price will update automatically based on your selection.
Note: All credits purchased at today's price will be honored even if there is a future price increase.
What information is required for payment?
To finalize your transaction, you must complete the Payment details section on the right side of the screen:
- Enter the First name and Last name as they appear on the credit card.
- Provide the Credit card number, Expiration date (MM/YY), and the 3-digit Verification code (CVC) from the back of the card.
- Click Complete purchase to process the transaction.
Upon success, the credits will be added to your account balance immediately, and you can proceed with launching your research.
