In QuestionPro UX, your usability tests, focus groups, and interviews are categorized into three primary statuses to help you organize and track your research workflow. These statuses are visible on your dashboard and allow for quick filtering of your projects.
The All tests view is a comprehensive list that displays every project you have created—whether it is a usability test, an interview, or a focus group—regardless of its current state. This is your primary dashboard for a high-level overview of your entire research history and current workload.
A project moves to the Ordered status once you have finalized the setup and successfully placed an order for participants or launched the session. Projects in this category are active research initiatives where data collection is either imminent or currently underway.
The Drafts status contains usability tests, interviews, or focus groups that are still in the configuration phase and have not yet been launched or ordered. This allows you to save your progress as you define your audience, script, and tasks without committing budget or notifying participants.
Projects marked as Not ordered yet stay in this category until you complete the checkout process.
