To ensure that participants keep your prototypes, concepts, and discussions confidential, you can require them to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before they can begin the research session.
This is particularly useful when testing unreleased products or sensitive internal materials.
The option to add an NDA is located in Step 2: Audience of the configuration process for usability tests, focus groups, and interviews. This step appears after you have defined your recruitment source and demographic filters.
To enable this feature:
Once uploaded, every participant recruited for this project will be presented with your agreement. They must digitally "accept" the terms before the system allows them to proceed to the test scenario or enter the live call room.
If your organization uses a standardized legal document, your Plan Admin can upload a Global NDA within the Organization Settings. This allows you to quickly select the pre-approved file during Step 2 without needing to upload it manually for every new project.
