Custom Participant Screening
How do I ensure I get the right participants for my study?
Beyond standard demographics, QuestionPro UX allows you to implement custom screeners in Step 2: Audience. These act as a gatekeeper to ensure only qualified individuals can participate in your research.
What types of screeners are available?
- Technical Screener: Filters participants based on their hardware or software, such as specific OS versions or browser types.
- Verbal Response Screener: Requires participants to record a short audio clip before starting. This helps you evaluate their communication skills and ensures they have a working microphone.
- Screener Survey Questions: Create multiple-choice questions where you define "accept" or "reject" criteria. If a participant provides an answer that you have marked for rejection, they are immediately disqualified from the test and do not consume a credit.
