How can I get transcripts for my videos?
QuestionPro UX provides transcription services to help you analyze video data more efficiently. Transcripts allow you to read along with the session and search for specific keywords without watching the entire video.
Once a session is complete, you can request a transcript from the video player. Transcripts are time-synced with the video, allowing you to click on any sentence to jump to that exact moment in the recording. You can also extract quotes directly from the transcript for your reports.
