What is the UX Crowd?
The UX Crowd is a proprietary crowdsourced analysis tool in QuestionPro UX that helps you quickly identify and prioritize the most significant usability issues and positive features of your product.
How does the UX Crowd work?
After completing their tasks, participants are asked to list things they liked, things they disliked, and suggestions for improvement. These responses are then presented to subsequent participants, who vote on the feedback they agree with most.
The result is a ranked list of insights, backed by the "crowd," allowing you to focus your development efforts on the areas that matter most to your users. This feature is typically available for studies with 10 or more participants.
