Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ)

The PSSUQ is a questionnaire used to assess users' perceived satisfaction with a computer system or software at the end of a study. It provides more granular detail than the SUS by breaking scores down into three sub-scales: System Usefulness, Information Quality, and Interface Quality.

In QuestionPro UX, you can enable PSSUQ during the "Post-test" configuration step. Once the test is completed, the dashboard will provide a breakdown of how participants rated the clarity of information provided by the system versus the aesthetic and functional quality of the interface.
