Testing with Your Own Users
Can I use my own participants for testing?
Yes. While QuestionPro UX offers a curated panel, you can also recruit your own customers or employees. This is ideal for testing internal tools or specialized software where specific user knowledge is required.
When setting up your test, select My own participants in the recruitment step. The system will generate a unique link that you can share via email or any other platform. These participants are not charged panel credits, but may use "external invite" slots depending on your plan.
