QuestionPro UX provides a two-level organizational structure designed to separate research methodologies. Folders are managed independently depending on whether you are conducting Synchronous Methods (Usability Tests, Focus Groups, and Interviews) or Asynchronous Studies.
Each synchronous methodology—including Interviews, Focus Groups, and Usability Tests—features its own dedicated folder management system. For example, within the Usability Tests dashboard, you can create folders to categorize your projects.
Methods can exist independently in a general list or be grouped into folders.
Deletion Behavior: If a folder containing synchronous methods is deleted, the individual projects themselves are not removed. Instead, they are automatically moved back to the general "All tests" list for that specific methodology, ensuring no research data is lost during reorganization.
Asynchronous studies are managed within a centralized Folders dashboard. This level of organization is more structured; every study is typically housed within a specific folder environment to maintain research integrity.
Deletion and Recycle Bin: Unlike synchronous methods, if you delete a folder in the studies section, the folder and all studies contained within it are moved to the Recycle bin.
