Adding More Invites to Your Project

In QuestionPro UX, the method for adding more participant invites depends on whether your project is still a draft or if it has already been ordered/launched.

If your usability test, interview, or focus group is still in the Draft state (not yet ordered), you can adjust the participant count directly within the setup configuration.

1. Navigate to your project and click Edit.
2. In Step 1: Basics, locate the Number of participants (or Number of testers) field.
3. Enter your desired total number or use the arrow keys to adjust the count.
4. Click Continue or Save and exit to update your draft.

Once a project has been Ordered (launched) or even if it was subsequently Cancelled, the participant count is locked in the "Basics" setup screen to maintain data integrity. To add more participants at this stage, you must use the management dropdown.

1. From your main dashboard, locate the specific project row.
2. Click the options menu (three dots) on the far right of the row.
3. Select More invites from the dropdown list.
4. You will be taken directly to a Checkout page where you can specify the number of additional participants needed.
5. Review the order summary and click Place order to finalize the addition.

The field is locked in the "Basics" screen for launched projects to prevent accidental changes to active recruitment parameters. Using the "More invites" workflow ensures that the new request is properly processed through the billing and fulfillment systems without interrupting the current session progress.
