Virtual Focus Groups allow you to bring multiple participants into a single moderated session. This methodology is designed to spark discussion and uncover shared attitudes or conflicting opinions about a product, concept, or brand.
Select the Focus Group method during test creation. You can set the number of participants and session duration. During the live call, the moderator can manage the queue of speakers, share their screen to show prototypes, and use a script to guide the conversation. All sessions are recorded and can be analyzed using the standard video analysis toolkit.
