  • SA-9142 – Fixed issue with storage space usage when responses and associated files were deleted however, space was not emptied for the files.
  • SA-9136 – Fixed issue with multi-tier lookup question steps breaking when special characters are used.
  • SA-8981 – Fixed issue with scores with decimals not getting saved/stored for scoring logic.
  • SA-9061 – Fixed issue with validation error displayed on all text boxes instead of showing specific input fields with errors.
  • SA-9149 – Fixed issue with data filters not considering apostrophes in text data resulting in incorrect filtering.
  • SA-9071 – Time-based data filters will now be created using the accounts time zone instead of the default server time zone.
  • SA-9148 – Fixed display issue with italicized text on workspace area.
  • MR-543 – Gabor Granger – Min price box is not showing decimal values.
  • MR-532 – Blank PDF generated for Cross-Tabulation report.
  • MR-522 – MaxDiff attributes are repeating on the same page.
  • MR-524 – Incorrect percentage value in the dashboard when NA is included.
  • MR-542 – Error in downloading pivot table.
  • EC-1166 – Fixed the discrepancy issue while posting the system variable timestamp to Salesforce
  • EC-1238 – Fixed the block ID set to 0 for the multi-level questions imported from Qualtrics data import integration
  • EC-1218 – Removed the third-party server dependency for Google fonts used on the co-branded login portal

  • CM-2489 – Fixed the issue with the documents not opening on the safari browser on mobile devices
  • CM-2429 – Fixed issue with incorrect survey status when save and continue option was used on the survey
  • CM-2482 – Fixed the issue of error in the response count
  • CM-2490 – Fixed the issue of error message while submitting  a survey
  • CM-2497 – Fixed the issue with the sampling filters in communities
  • CM-2498 – Fixed the issue of Disproportionate value in single select profile fields
  • CM-2502 – Fixed the issue of communities app crashing while replying to comments
  • CM-2509 – Fixed the issue of communities app crashing on Ipad
  • CM-2414 – Refactored code to optimize Surveys in the member portal

  • WF-2481- While changing the screener question for selecting a language in a 360 survey (WF project) received an Oops error 
  • WF-2492- Added an option to enable or disable color codes of Driver analysis of portal side.
  • WF-2474- Fixed issues with incorrect date format error while uploading responses using the import template
  • WF-2467- Fixed issue when manually added benchmark displays Section/Sub-Section mean in three decimal values

CX

Enhancements

Bugs and other enhancements

  • CX-1936 Fixed the 500 Error issue on survey token link after which the users can easily submit the surveys. 
  •  CX-1952 Fixed the email delivery issue where the customer wasn’t receiving emails due to the deletion of surveys set in the default rule. 
  •  CX-1929 Fixed the bounced status that was not getting reflected for invalid email addresses. 
  •  CX-1900 Fixed the issue where survey reminders were not being sent to the client as the rule was set incorrectly. 
  •  CX-1897 Fixed the issue where a client can now reset the resting period and link expiry for the surveys seamlessly.
