2024 QuestionPro Workforce Year in Review

360° FEEDBACK ENHANCEMENTS

Building on our commitment to effective leadership development, we enhanced the flexibility and functionality of our 360° feedback platform:

  • Improved Customizability: Organizations now have even greater control over the configuration of their 360° feedback process, allowing them to tailor evaluations to their culture.
  • Enhanced Reports and Insights: The introduction of the updated Spider Chart provides leaders with a powerful visual tool to interpret multi-faceted feedback and drive meaningful discussions.
  • Multilingual 360° Surveys: Understanding feedback across a global workforce is now seamless with support for many languages, making the feedback process more inclusive and actionable for diverse teams.
  • Portal Enhancements: Personalized views display only the deployments relevant to them, eliminating unnecessary clutter and ensuring focus. Clear indicators highlight pending actions such as evaluations, nominations, and report approvals, helping users stay on top of their tasks effortlessly. Additionally, the portal offers configurable settings that can be tailored to align with your organization’s unique strategy. 

ADVANCED ANALYTICS AND DASHBOARDS

We continued refining how data is presented to empower better decision-making:

  • Enhanced Heatmap Color Coding: Simplified visuals make it easier for stakeholders to interpret data patterns at a glance.
  • Shareable Dashboards: Easily share customized insights with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and action.
  • Survey Questions as Filters: Filter widget-level data based on survey question responses and save dashboard-level filters across login sessions. Tailor your data views, compare responses with ease, and make decisions backed by specific insights.   • Trend Analysis Widget: Our revamped trend widget helps organizations monitor these changes and refine their employee listening programs. SLACK INTEGRATION

Employee feedback is more accessible than ever with the introduction of Slack integration. This feature allows:

  • Simplified Communication: Make it easier for employees to respond to surveys within their regular workflows.
  • Real-Time Notifications: Deliver survey reminders directly within Slack, boosting response rates.
