How to add custom smileys in your surveys?
- Log in QuestionPro Surveys. Go to the Workspace under the Edit tab.
- Click on Add Question. Select Smiley – Rating question.
- Click on Change Smileys.
- Select from the set of standard smileys and click on Save.
- Or upload an image to create a custom smiley. Click on the plus sign and upload smiley for each rating.
Note: Even if you want to use a 2, 3, or 4 point smiley scale, upload all 5 smileys to complete the set.
Once you upload all the 5 smileys, your custom smiley set is now ready to use.
- Click on Set as Default and Save or Save.
You can upload smileys that match with your brand voice and set as default. With such a setting, whenever you create a new survey with smileys, your branded smileys will be used.
These custom smileys can be used across all accounts under an organization.
How to change the scale of smileys?
- Click on the Settings.
- Choose between a 2, 3, 4 or a 5 point scale using the ‘–‘ or ‘+‘ buttons.
- You can also flip the scale from ‘Negative to Positive’ to ‘Positive to Negative’ rating.
