  • SA-9269 – Fixed issue with incorrect language on PDF export for individual responses.
  • MR-571 – Fixed issue with balanced weights under Analytics.
  • MR-570 – Fixed SPSS report processing error if Maxdiff question is present.
  • EC-1242 – Added a new permission to restrict response deletion using roles.
  • EC-1272 – Fixed the issue with webhook sending an invalid response JSON for matrix question type.
  • EC-1271 – Fixed issue with GDPR – Data Rights Request not visible to sub-accounts.

  • CM-2571 –  Fixed the issue of members not being able to join video discussions.
  • CM-2568 – Fixed documents not uploading issue.
  • CM-2569 – Fixed issues with the French translations.

CX

Bugs and enhancements

  • NPS+ question responses will be copied now while copying a survey.
  • CX- 1940 – Fixed the Email/SMS Delivery issue wherein now SMS/Emails will be sent correctly.
  • CX-1957 – Fixed the flow where Notifications will be received with FTP Scheduler even without the workflow implementation.
  • CX-1986 – Fixed the Oh Snap error while extracting the closed-loop tickets in Excel.
  • CX-1998 – Fixed the SSO for Portal Users.
  • CX-2006 – Fixed the issue where CX Tickets emails were landing in SPAM folder.
  • CX-2032 – Fixed the issue of displaying correct timestamp for CX tickets both on Email and App.
