BI features by license

Welcome to your guide to BI features by license. This help file tracks the features and usage limits available with BI Lite, BI Advanced, and BI Stats, giving you one place to understand what each license supports. Whether you are setting up your first dashboard or expanding an existing reporting workflow, the tables below can help you plan your next steps.

Features are organized into workspaces, dashboards, reports, survey stacks, question stacks, weightings, datasets, and exports. Each row identifies a feature or limit, with a separate column for each license. Start with the section relevant to your task to find the available capabilities and the limits that apply.

Widget rows show response limits: Unlimited responses means there is no separate response cap for that widget, while 100 responses means the widget supports up to 100 responses. Dashboard response limits and the number of widgets allowed per tab or dashboard still apply. Not specified means this guide does not define a limit. Current limit refers to the existing product limit, with no numeric value specified.
