Export TextAI Dashboard Data and Widgets
QuestionPro TextAI provides two export paths for different reporting needs. The dashboard-level CSV export is useful when analysts need structured data for additional review, while widget-level JPG export produces a presentation-ready image of a specific visualization.
Exports respect the active dashboard state, so review the applied response filter, Theme, Sub-theme, Sentiment, and Data Slicer selections before downloading. TextAI currently supports high-quality JPG visualization exports; PDF export is planned for a future release.
- Step 1: Open the required TextAI dashboard and confirm the active filters and Data Slicer selections.
- Step 2: Click the CSV icon in the dashboard toolbar to download the dashboard data.
- Step 3: To export one visualization, open its three-dot menu and select Export as JPG.
- Step 4: Open the downloaded image and confirm that the expected title, filter state, segment, labels, percentages, and legend are visible before sharing it.
