Process New Responses in TextAI
The Process now control refreshes a TextAI dashboard when eligible new source responses are available for analysis. Processing applies the dashboard's current text-analysis configuration so themes, sub-themes, insights, sentiment results, and widgets can include the latest data.
TextAI processing can use credits and may take time depending on the volume of new text. Review the available credit balance and the dashboard configuration before starting, then use the TextAI dashboard list and Text AI Logs to monitor status and usage.
- Step 1: Open the TextAI dashboard that should include newly collected source responses.
- Step 2: Review the active response filter and dashboard-wide Theme, Sub-theme, and Sentiment selections before processing.
- Step 3: Click Process now when the control is enabled. If it is disabled, there are no eligible new responses for the current dashboard state.
- Step 4: Review any processing and credit information, confirm the update, and monitor Status and Credits used from the TextAI dashboard list until processing is complete.
